Welcome to the Birmingham-Southern College anti-virus download page. Please click the link below to start the install of Eset NOD32 Anti-virus. This installer works with Windows 2000, XP, and Vista only.
How to install:
1) Click on the WebInstall link located below and Save it
to your local computer (desktop or some other place that is easy to locate).

2) Enter in your email login and password. YOU ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED TO ADD THE "CAMPUS/" before your username.
3) Be sure to remove any current anti-virus installed on your computer and shutdown/restart before attempting to install the new NOD32 anti-virus. However, if you have a previous version of NOD32, you may download the latest version by clicking the link above and it will automatically update the program for you.
4) Once the file has downloaded to your local system, find it and
extract the installer from the .zip file. Then double-click on the
installer and accept all the default prompts. The installer will
take between 3 and 10 minutes depending on the configuration of your machine.
Once the installation is complete, you will see either a red
or green icon
in the system tray.
If you see the red icon, please click on it. You will then be prompted for
a reboot.
5) After rebooting, verify that the virus signature is up to date. To do this, move your mouse over the icon and note the date in parentheses. It should reflect today's date, for example: (20080605).
